place metal moxa box into cloth container with the mesh side facing down
zip up moxa box into cloth container and wear over the body for 1 hour or as long as heat lasts

Moxibustion is a tool used in Chinese Medicine that consists of ground mugwort that is burnt over areas of the body for warming the Yang Qi and moving the Qi and Blood in the localized area. There is a famous saying in Chinese Medicine, that “wherever there is pain there is stagnation,” Moxibustion is one method for moving the qi and blood. The smokeless moxa box is a great tool to wear over the womb during menstruation or over the low back to increase warmth and circulation in that area.
Gua Sha
Gua Sha is a massage technique, originating from Chinese medicine, which helps to increase blood and qi circulation within the area being massaged. Gua sha is also a wonderful therapeutic technique for helping soothe tight muscles, lessening adhesions in the tissues, and increasing fresh oxygenated blood to the area which can help lessen tension in the area. Gua sha can be lightly done on the face and neck to help with de-puffing the face by improving lymph flow, and it can help the face look and feel refreshed by increasing overall circulation.
